serenity studio policies
Thank you for taking the time to familiarize yourself with our policies. They are thoughtfully put in place to honor your time, increase accountability, and support the entire Serenity community. We are so grateful for your understanding and continued support of our small business. Our goal is to avoid any frustration caused by a lack of clarity when it comes to these policies. Arrival & Late Entry
We encourage arriving 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in. The studio opens 15 minutes before class, and doors lock when class begins to maintain a calm, shared experience. Late arrivals will be marked as a no-show.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

Cancellations are free up to 6 hours before class.
If you cancel within 6 hours of class time, a late cancellation fee of $5 will apply. All cancellations must be completed through your booking account or the Walla app.
No-Shows
Missing class or arriving after doors have locked is considered a no-show.
No-Show Fee
Unlimited Membership — $10
Class Packs / Drop-ins — Loss of class credit
Waitlists
If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. We ask that you treat the waitlist like a reservation and plan to attend. Waitlist spots are filled automatically, so please make sure your contact information is up to date and notifications are enabled in your booking app.
If your plans change, simply remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid any fees.
