    pilates sculpt is a pilates inspired class that blends the precision of pilates with strength-building movements for a low-impact, energizing workout. With options to add resistance bands and light weights, you’ll focus on controlled, mindful exercises that build strength and confidence. This low-impact, energizing class is perfect for all levels, with thoughtful modifications offered to keep you feeling supported, aligned, and strong. This class will be in a cozy 80-degree room.
